Q: What is the refund policy for the Standard Rate?
A: If you chose the Standard Rate, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Q: I booked with the 10% discount (Non-Refundable Rate). Can I get a refund?
A: No. The Non-Refundable Rate offers a special 10% discount in exchange for a strict no-refund policy. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once processed, refunds usually take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.

2. Tourist Tax (Contributo di Soggiorno)
As per the regulations of the Municipality of Rome, a mandatory Tourist Tax applies to all non-residents.
Rate: €6.00 per person, per night.
Exemptions: Children aged 0–10 are exempt.
Payment: This tax is included in the room rate.
3. Booking & Damage Guarantee:
A valid credit card is required at check-in as a guarantee for the reservation and to cover any potential damages to the property, missing inventory, or unpaid extra charges.
Pre-authorization:
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided prior to arrival or at the time of check-in as a security deposit against damages.
